No, we stay within the continental United States.
Do you provide regular bus service between cities?
No, we specialize in charter bus service.
Do you provide tours or arrange tickets at attractions?
No, we do not provide tours or tickets at attractions.
Do I need to tip the driver?
Driver tip is not added or expected, but always appreciated for a job well done. Our drivers are professionals with a large responsibility to ensure your group travels safely. Please consider this when determining a gratuity.
Is smoking allowed on the coaches?
We do not allow smoking on our coaches, as federal law prohibits it.
Is alcohol allowed on the coaches?
Legal adults 21 years of age or older are permitted carry and consume alcohol on the bus. Our drivers are not allowed to handle the alcohol in any way. The group is responsible for loading and unloading any alcohol they bring. Alcohol use sometimes requires an additional security deposit from Daisy Charters.
How many passengers does a coach carry?
23 of our coaches seat 56 passengers; 3 of our coaches seat 40.
Do your coaches offer Wifi?
Yes, and electrical outlets!

What goes into determining the cost of a trip?
Trip costs vary based on travel time, distance covered and additional costs like toll road fees and relief drivers for long trips. Please use our Get A Quote form and provide as much detail as possible so we can provide you with an accurate quote.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, credit cards and EFTs. We also work with POs if needed.
Are deposits required?
Unless other arrangements are made, deposits are required at the time the contract is signed.
When is the final payment due?
Unless other arrangements are made, final payment is due two (2) weeks before the date of the trip. Purchase orders are accepted.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
We require written notification of cancellation 72 hours prior to departure for a full refund. A 5-hour minimum per-bus fee is applied to cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Refunds are not issued to on-site cancellations. Special exceptions are considered when inclement weather is a factor.
Do you charge cleaning fees?
Generally not. We have a full-time staff who keep our coaches clean. We invite you to utilize the trash bags we provide to help us keep the coaches clean during your trip. We reserve the right to ask for a cleaning deposit if we feel one is needed.
Are parking and tolls included in the cost?
Toll and airport fees are included. You are responsible for all other parking fees (overnight parking, amusement parking fees, etc.) unless arranged ahead of time with Daisy Charters.
Who pays for the hotel room/meals for the driver?
The group booking is responsible for paying for the driver’s room. For safety reasons, we require that each driver has his/her own room. Driver’s meals are not required but can be provided at the group’s discretion.
